6,000sqm Factory with 18 Production Lines
With an area of 6,000sqm, our factory is capable of manufacturing 300,000 units monthly by utilizing resources including 18 fully- and semi-automated assembly lines, high-speed automatic SMT machines, oscillation testers, high-low temperature testers, key life testers, LCD switch testers, a fully-insulated, dust-free, and anti-virus workshop, an eight-hour aging test room, and a professional silk screen printing workshop.
Meeting CE, RoHS, and REACH Standards
All of our products are certified with CE, RoHS, and REACH standards. They are developed by a team of over 30 senior engineers. We have obtained 12 national patents and 8 utility model patents. Additionally, 80% of our smart wearables are developed using our proprietary molds and manufactured with Panasonic factory equipment.

We perform strict QC measures following ISO 9001 standards. The QC system includes QC, IQC, IPQC, QE, and QA. The experienced QC team is equipped with advanced machinery. Besides, the R&D department will provide technical support throughout the entire production process.
